In Karlsruhe, Germany, Argentinian artist Leandro Erlich did a very particular installation for the sculptures and international performances festival “The City and The Star”. Commissioned by the ZKM – Center for Art and Media, Pulled by the Roots is a house hold in the air by a crane and which bottom is made of tree roots. The home is like a plant that someone would take off from soil, in the middle of a construction site. You can visit this open-air exhibition until the 27th september.
